Infrastructure with bold architectural challenge, the Phoenix offers unique and prestigious spaces. The combination of several scenic areas equipped with efficient technical facilities, a team of dynamic and competent professionals, and a catering service, restaurant Avant-scène, high quality can accommodate in the best conditions all kinds events in multiple configurations. The phoenix is the ideal place for gala evenings, but also for seminars and symposia offering several workspaces for the setting up of workshops and plenary sessions. It is also suitable for corporate conventions, large industrial group meetings or product presentations that can be scenographies and benefit from live performance techniques to be presented on the big stage. All spaces are flexible, have screens and can be equipped with broadband connections. All these events can be accompanied by the catering service of the Avant-scène restaurant: reception of participants, breaks, cocktail dinners (up to 500 people), meals on the trays or in the restaurant Avant-scène. For example, some events such as e-virtuosos use all available spaces of the phoenix: the corridors with the establishment of fifteen boxes equipped with computers in network, demonstration stands, quality projections cinema in theaters, press areas in the lodges, use of the restaurant ... Meeting room: Furnished room with a maximum capacity of 20 people, located at the administration, is ideal for the organization of workshops meetings, but also cocktails or breakfasts. Hall of Pedagogies: Located on the fourth floor of the Phoenix, this separable plateau in two parts (about 200 and 100 m2), allows different types of facilities: plenary, meetings, projections ... The Phoenix adapts to all requests. Do not hesitate to tell them about your project and they will adapt to your requirements. ATTENTION: The phoenix is exceptionally closed for 7 months of renovation work until October 15th but the shows are maintained and will be played outside on the neighboring scenes (Anzin Theater, Nymphéas à Aulnoy, Espace Athena of Saint Saulve ..)
